Lisa Pollione

As Chief of Staff at Flaum Navigators, Lisa is responsible for  scheduling and maintaining the firm’s daily schedule and supervising the staff. In addition to providing administrative support to Sander Flaum, FN’s CEO, Lisa meets biweekly with FN’s Financial Director and works with the IT manager to maintain and the company website.

Prior to joining Flaum Navigators in 2008, Lisa functioned as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Euro RSCG Life, a large pharmaceutical agency located in New York City. At Euro RSCG, Lisa also conducted training workshops for the agency’s administrative assistants to help them develop better client relationships. 

Lisa began her career as an administrative coordinator at Redken Fifth Avenue (a division of L’Oreal), where she organized model calls, negotiated talent rates, and secured locations, permits and studio time for fashion and product photography shoots.

Lisa earned a BA in English Language Arts at Hunter College in New York City. She was a Teaching Assistant for 6 years to the Adjunct Professor of Leadership at the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business.
